  • Participation in a consultative study regarding alternative uses of PCS spectrum for an association of Canadian wireless licensees
  • Application of regulatory, Government relations and wireless licensing expertise in bidding for a PCS license spectrum auction. This project included developing the regulatory strategy, writing submissions in response to Government’s policy proposals and representing the client before the Minister and other government officials
  • Ongoing advice to incumbent and new entrant carriers on strategy for roaming and resale, spectrum procurement and tower sharing arrangements
  • Advice to major international satellite provider on a strategy for selling its services to Canadian wireless providers
  • Provisions of regulatory and wireless industry knowledge and support to the PWC team responsible for development of wireless number portability plan for Canadian wireless industry
  • Provision of regulatory, government relations and market knowledge support, including developing major sections of the application to an incumbent wireless service provider in its bid for wireless data spectrum
